Intermediate Architectural Technologist/ Intern Architect

THE ROLE

CORE is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Technologist / Intern Architect with excellent communication skills, 5-10 years of demonstrated professional experience in architectural design, and exceptional skills in producing and coordinating contract documents.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient with Revit v2020 and AutoCAD v2020 or higher
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of primary programs in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Sketch up and similar 3D modeling massing software
• Knowledge of design and construction approvals processes
• Knowledge of materials and methods and their application
• Ability to work independently and be self motivated
• Knowledge of developing and coordinating documents at all phases of work

This is a full-time, in person, position located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
