- Oversee and plan daily warehouse activities, including personnel needs.
- Set performance goals for team leads and monitor team performance to meet company standards.
- Use performance indicators to guide decisions.
- Delegate tasks, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Address work quality issues and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure employees follow company policies.
- Train employees to meet company goals.
- Contribute to implementing efficient procedures and productivity improvements.
- Conduct investigations in SAP.
- Promote best practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee equipment functionality and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Act as the Warehouse Manager's backup in their absence.

- 5 years of experience in a similar management role.
- Intermediate Excel skills; SAP / WMS knowledge is a plus.
- Proven mentoring and team development abilities.
- Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Bilingualism is required.
