Project Name :
Government Restructuring Process Analysis and Continuous improvement, User Persona Discovery project, Request Management Process and Governance, User Lifecycle Process improvements and Stakeholder Engagement.
Scope :
User Persona Project : The BA will be responsible for initial discovery of the current state of the types of users we have across the GoA.
The results will be utilized to initially evaluate the M365 licensing requirements and provide recommendations to optimize utilization and realize efficiencies.
The discovery process for the User Personas project will initially review M365 licensing and growing into comprehensive user profiles which may include security groups, core applications, hardware resources etc.
User Lifecycle : the Sr. BA will lead initiatives in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, training program development, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to build strong relationships with stakeholders, gather insights through surveys and feedback analysis, and translate these findings into effective training and communication plan.
This role also includes empowering stakeholder champions who will advocate for continuous improvement, ensuring our initiatives remain relevant, well-supported, and impactful.
Government Restructuring : The project will update and or recreate our current processes around Government Restructuring, and what is required at a minimum.
They will be reviewing the current documentation on existing forms, or creation of new forms based on the findings. We are also seeking an individual who is able to work with other divisions and branches to identify pain points and help try to resolve some of the confusion around GR’s, and report back to the Service Owner of GR to possibly modify or alter processes to provide a smooth transition.
Request Management : The resource will work on updating the Request Management process; establish governance; lead the data analysis and provide input to resolve issues and improve KPIs.
Duties :
- Execute discovery process for Key Projects as assigned (Government Restructuring, Request Management Framework, User Personas, Stakeholder Engagement, Process Improvements)
- Create Stakeholder analysis
- Create Business and technical requirements
- Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Escalate unresolved issues / risks, options and recommendations
- Provide input on project schedule, strategies and resource requirements
- Maintain collaborative relationship with key stakeholders
- Monitor activities to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved
- Ensure project risks and potential obstacles are communicated and understood
- Validate functionality built by developers through acceptance testing
- Participate in the development of User Lifecycle framework, Request Management framework and processes
- Assist in the development and enhancement of related standards and procedures
- Work with stakeholders to ensure knowledge articles, communication and service support are defined
- Identify required user training
- Provide status reports as required
