We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $30 million.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage commercial projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial projects ranging from $1 million to $30 million.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
