The Position :
We are actively seeking a mechanical designer to join our growing location in Toronto, Ontario.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Provide the coordination, verification, and design of mechanical building systems in various sectors (multi-family residential, commercial, industrial).
- Design mechanical building systems.
- Work closely with engineers to provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Understand and implement personal and company safety by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing, calculating, engineering, and designing drawings and specifications.
- Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects.
What You Bring :
- A Diploma / Degree in mechanical engineering, design, or technology.
- Knowledge of mechanical building systems design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, meet tight deadlines, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations.
