One of our leading clients is looking for a Delivery Driver Helper.
The primary role of this position is to assist the delivery drivers by properly delivering and unloading products for all customers according to customer invoices and company standards.
Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent
Shift : 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) with occasional overtime
Start date : November 13th,2024

Responsibilities
Loads orders in chronological order, according to the day’s delivery schedule
- Ensures product is safety stored and strapped down inside truck or van for transport
- Unloads product from truck, by hand or using hand cart down ramps, stairs, docks or lift gate in all weather conditions
- Picks up, loads and unloads damaged goods and customer returns.
- Provides assistance to driver en-route with map reading and giving directions on route;
helps with situations involving low clearances
Warehouse Duties
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role
Must have a G license
Clear driver's abstract
Comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs
Excellent communication skill
