Job Description
An established leader in the therapeutic compression garment industry is seeking a Territory Manager (Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia) with a proven history of success in B2B / medical sales.
Success is realized by :
- developing a strategic territory plan.
- building strong customer relationships.
- conducting consultative sales calls.
- utilizing extensive product / clinical knowledge.
- following a targeted sales call schedule.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell therapeutic compression garments to existing and new customers and a chieve or exceed sales targets.
- Consultative sales and education calls with DME dealers.
- Train and educate physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals.
- Build solid customer and professional relationships.
- Connect medical professionals with the best trained dealers.
- Be fully accountable for the territory management by implementing an efficient routing and targeted call plan.
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge.
- Attend promotional events within the assigned territory.
- Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING
A university degree or similar work experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 3+ years medical sales experience lymphedema, phlebology or vascular background would be an asset.
- A proven and documented record of success in B2B outside sales.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- A motivated self- starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and CRM).
OTHER
Available for overnight travel (approximately 35% of the time).
Benefits
- Annual base salary.
- On target commission (uncapped).
