PROJECT MANAGER (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Follow established design, budget, and schedules for each project
- Ensure the project remains profitable; track project progress, variances, and recovery
- Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, etc.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Schedule company personnel
- Authorize / approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, and change requests
- Adhere to all project policies, procedures, and standards
- Give direction to the various leaders on site
SOME FACTORS THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER :
- 5+ years of experience in construction
- An engineering degree or a C.E.T. is preferred
- Completed projects over $20-$30 million
- Experience in the building of I.C.I. or multi-family projects
- Proven ability to work with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- History in leadership positions
