Collaborate with patients to provide exceptional patient care through effective communication in both French and English.
This is a HYBRID role where you will be working partially from home (about 60%) and partially from the office (about 40%).
Position Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role connecting the company’s healthcare services with valued customers / patients.
Your fluency in both FRENCH and ENGLISH will ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery in patient care.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Collaborating with patients and third-party payers to eliminate obstacles hindering patient access to medications.
- Effectively raising awareness about program services among healthcare providers (HCPs), their staff, and patients.
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries about the program.
Continuously monitor patients’ coverage limits and renewal thresholds to guarantee uninterrupted therapy.
- Facilitating medication access and expediting time to therapy by offering support for access and reimbursement, assisting with patient out-of-pocket expenses, and conducting comprehensive coverage research.
- Engaging with patients, Healthcare providers and staff to provide education and services related to medication acquisition, access, coverage, reimbursement, and affordability.
- Conducting thorough reimbursement investigations with both private and public reimbursement providers.
- Ensuring information supplied by patients and healthcare providers is accurate and valid.
Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a bilingual (French / English) Customer service role.
- Computer proficiency a MUST; MS Office, Google, and Adobe applications.
- Experience with reimbursement programs or with patient support programs an asset.
- Experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical or insurance sectors an asset.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both FRENCH and ENGLISH is a MUST.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
Education
Completion of post-secondary school required.
