Responsibilities
- Working in collaboration with the dispatch team on a daily to ensure efficiency of deliveries
- Monitoring day to day emails
- Updating clients on delivery status
- Receive requests and enter orders into database
- Timely and efficient responses for customer inquiries
- Resolve and respond accordingly to calls from customers and internal staff
- Work with operations team in respectful manner
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year work experience in related field in transportation / dispatch
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Customer Service oriented and personable.
Organized and reliable.
Professional attitude with exceptional time management skills.
