We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the organization as a Customer Service Representative. Located in Lachine, focusing on warehousing and transport needs for clients in Canada and USA.

Responsibilities

• Working in collaboration with the dispatch team on a daily to ensure efficiency of deliveries
• Monitoring day to day emails
• Updating clients on delivery status
• Receive requests and enter orders into database
• Timely and efficient responses for customer inquiries
• Resolve and respond accordingly to calls from customers and internal staff
• Work with operations team in respectful manner

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year work experience in related field in transportation / dispatch

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Customer Service oriented and personable.

Organized and reliable.

Professional attitude with exceptional time management skills.
