Responsibilities
For this role, here are the main tasks you will be responsible for :
- Manage all aspects of customer requests and orders;
- Prepare quotes for customers;
- Negotiate margins on each sale to offer the right pricing strategy;
- Conduct research in the computer system to find the parts that meet customer needs;
- Ensure invoice compliance;
- Handle requests and complaints from suppliers and customers to provide appropriate follow-up;
- Assume any other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
What will help you succeed in your new role :
- Passion for success and commitment to giving your best;
- Experience in the automotive or parts industry;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Negotiation skills;
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Willingness to learn.
