AECOM is seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst Graduate to be based in Mississauga, Ontario .

As a member of the Canada Region digital team, you will work with professionals across Canada and with other business lines in the geography and around the world to advance AECOM’s global digital advisory strategies and projects.
The regional digital strategy is closely coordinated and integrated with the overall regional growth strategy; however, this role is expected to support the build an independent digital consulting business.
The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, is customer focused, a critical thinker and problem solver and ready to apply their knowledge and skill sets to establish a rewarding, long-term career utilizing principles and methods for AEC Digital Consulting projects and business development across Digital Strategy, Data Analytics / Automation / Science, Integration and Implementation, and Custom Application and Solution Development.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
- Work closely with our customers to drive requirement gathering for digital engineering products.
- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify inefficient systems processes through evaluation of pain points.
- Define and document current and future state processes to feed into gap analysis activities.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
- Support development of forward-thinking systems solutions that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
- Feed into management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Prepare client documentation to support roll out of system solutions.
- Evaluate and document solution options to support key decision making.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong data and information gathering abilities
- Understanding of AEC design software
- Practical experience generating analytical documentation and reports
- Proven ability to analyze problems and provide meaningful outputs or conclusions
- Demonstrable experience in identification and analysis of key stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Visio desirable)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong ability to present to audience of different levels
- Highly proficient in written and verbal communication
- Management of stakeholders with varying degrees of influence
- Strong team working and collaboration skills.
