- Review project requirements, perform quantity takeoffs, and source reliable cost data.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to establish project parameters and ensure budgetary alignment.
- Utilize estimating software to track, adjust, and refine estimates as project details evolve.
- Monitor bid progress and analyze results to improve estimation accuracy and profitability.
