Our client is an independent firm in the field of damage insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. This is a group of insurers in business for several years.

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Flexible schedule at your convenience according to the office's opening hours which are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

What you bring

Analyze, understand and identify business insurance needs and risks

Maintain a relationship with your customers in order to build their loyalty while exercising an advisory role

Prepare submissions for risk placement to insurers and coverage presentations to policyholders

Negotiate coverage conditions with insurers

Process new business, renewals and amendments

Get involved in the claims and risk management process

Ensure that invoicing is adequate and collaborate in monitoring accounts receivable

Must follow the list of client renewals according to the list of deadlines

Collaborate with the business development broker(s) for renewals, contract modifications and issuance of insurance proposals

Who are you ?

You have an AMF certificate (required) as a business broker

You have at least 2 years of experience as a damage insurance broker

You are bilingual (French, English) required

Energetic and compassionate, you have good communication skills and know how to put people at ease

You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation

You have a reliable home internet connection to ensure your voice is heard

You have computer skills to navigate several software programs, all on 2 screens
