Ourclient in the insurance industry is hiring entrylevel BilingualCustomer Service Representatives. This role is ideal forindividuals fluent in both English and French who are eager tostart a career in insurance.
Comprehensive training will beprovided including full support in obtaining the necessaryinsurancelicenses.

Work schedule from Mondayto Friday 8 : 00 am. to 9 : 00 pm and 1 Saturday per month from 8 : 00 amto 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities :
Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored insurancesolutions.
Quote and sell Homeand Auto insurance policies.
Assist new customers with their Home and Auto insuranceneeds.
Service existing customersby updating their policies to meet changing needs and offering newproducts as required.
Drivestrong customer retention by delivering a worldclass customerexperience.
Underwrite newbusiness policy endorsements and renewals by gathering allnecessary information for pricing and riskanalysis.
Stay up to date onunderwriting standards and regulatoryguidelines.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
College diploma or university degree is anasset.
OTL or RIBO license is anasset.
Willingness to obtain anOTL (Other Than Life) insurance license training and exam areprovided.
Sales and customerservice experience.
Strongcommunication problemsolving and selfmanagementskills.
Bilingual fluency inEnglish and French (spoken and written) to support clients in bothlanguages.
Ability to learn newsoftware and match products to customerneeds.
TrainingProgram :
The training class is conducted together as a group ensuring fullsupport and guidance.
Trainingclass begins in October (exact start date to beconfirmed).
Training includes a4week program with 2 weeks dedicated to onsite OTL licensingtraining (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm).
