As a life and health insurance professional, you're expected to :
Work as a team as you proactively sell insurance products and services, including life, health, disability and critical illness insurance, based on the needs of Desjardins members and clients.
Assess client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources. Help target and analyze potential member / client files.
Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals.
Help monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends.
