50% Technical Support and Troubleshooting : The role involves providing expert-level support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting in-depth analysis to ensure the system operates smoothly.

You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex challenges, keeping operations seamless.

50% Strategic Planning and Design : Beyond immediate problem-solving, the role requires you to be a forward planner designing and implementing long-term strategies, creating innovative solutions, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the company’s technical infrastructure.

Position Summary :

The Lead Cloud and Data Solutions Engineer will play a key role in facilitating the organization’s cloud and digital transformation journey.

In this role, the individual will help drive the development of IT architecture frameworks and governance, and will provide hands-on technical and operational support for various application integrations and data solutions.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the organization, educating and informing stakeholders on technical processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with leadership to develop an IT architecture framework and maturity plan, supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
• Lead the design, governance, and implementation of IT architecture and solution designs.
• Design and maintain architecture artifacts, including application inventories, lifecycle roadmaps, and standards.
• Lead cloud and network architecture solution design for infrastructure, network, and third-party systems supporting digital, ERP, business intelligence, and reporting platforms.
• Contribute to a comprehensive Cloud roadmap and strategies for enterprise adoption.
• Provide hands-on operational support and maintenance for various ETL, system, and API integrations using Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Integration Services, and Logic Apps.

Required Knowledge & Skills :

• Experience : in technology roles, with strong competencies in :
• Architecting, designing, and developing scalable products and services, including microservices on multi-platform environments.
• Expertise in cloud solutions and digital services, particularly in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Networking and security technologies, including software-defined networks, intrusion detection, and access management systems.
• Data architecture, data management, and data lake methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, GitHub.
• Strong experience with SQL Servers and Microsoft tools such as SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory identities and Role-Based Access Management (RBAC).

Salary $100,000 to $120,000K + bonus
