Our expectations :
Under the direction of the Inventory Control Coach, the Cycle Counter supports the maintenance of inventory accuracy within the Distribution Center.
The Cycle Counter regularly counts inventory within locations to ensure physical inventory matches systematic inventory and Assists in investigating discrepancies.
Your role :
- Maintain inventory accuracy by supporting facility on hand records and adjusting accordingly.
- Responsible for completing physical inventory / cycle counts / random or receipt audits and reconciliation
- Assist Coordinator with Investigating inventory discrepancies, lost, and found details, skipped picks, etc
- Assist in determining reasons for system inaccuracies as they occur and recommend methods to prevent future inventory discrepancies
- Document damaged inventory
- Performs other duties as directed
The qualifications we are looking for :
- Must have, or be able to obtain, order picker MHE license
- 1+ years’ experience and knowledge of inventory processes is an asset
- Excellent Problem-solving skills, communication skills, and is detail oriented
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with WMS / RF Scanner is an asset
