Whatyou will bedoing :

  • Consistentlyprovide professional friendly and proactive guest service whilesupporting fellow colleagues
  • Assist in foodpreparation cooking plating andpresentation
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness andhygiene following food safetyrequirements
  • Manage and order stocks andsupplies
  • Have thorough knowledge of all menuitems daily features and promotions
  • Adhere tokitchen policies procedures and servicestandards
  • Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies when handling food andbeverages
  • Perform other duties asassigned

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude :

  • Creative andpassionate about food and customer service
  • Ableto work in a highpressure environment
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills; a team player
  • Minimum 1year experience in a banquet or restaurant culinary fieldrequired
  • Diploma / Certification in a Culinarydiscipline an asset
  • Valid Food Safecertification required
  • Outstandingcommunication skills both written andverbal
  • Enthusiastic and positive personalitywith the ability to build trusting relationship withothers
  • Proven organizational skills work wellon own and others. Able to set and meet deadlines with qualityresults
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
  • Highly responsible &reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure ina fast paced environment
  • Ability to workcohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
  • Ability to work a flexible androtating schedule (including evenings weekends holidaysearly mornings and latenights)
