Whatyou will bedoing :
- Consistentlyprovide professional friendly and proactive guest service whilesupporting fellow colleagues
- Assist in foodpreparation cooking plating andpresentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness andhygiene following food safetyrequirements
- Manage and order stocks andsupplies
- Have thorough knowledge of all menuitems daily features and promotions
- Adhere tokitchen policies procedures and servicestandards
- Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies when handling food andbeverages
- Perform other duties asassigned
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Creative andpassionate about food and customer service
- Ableto work in a highpressure environment
- Excellentinterpersonal skills; a team player
- Minimum 1year experience in a banquet or restaurant culinary fieldrequired
- Diploma / Certification in a Culinarydiscipline an asset
- Valid Food Safecertification required
- Outstandingcommunication skills both written andverbal
- Enthusiastic and positive personalitywith the ability to build trusting relationship withothers
- Proven organizational skills work wellon own and others. Able to set and meet deadlines with qualityresults
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Highly responsible &reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure ina fast paced environment

- Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
