Responsibilities
As an IT Help Desk Support / Office Admin, you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and responsible for :
- Providing technical support and customer service.
- Configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various computer technologies including Hardware, Software
- Focus on the administration of infrastructure to include desktop PC’s, notebooks, tablets, phones, cell phones, cell phone plan, repair / replacement maintenance, software applications, Set-up users, 3 CNC Router and system
- Website maintenance and updates,
- Email maintenance and updates,
- File management,
- Price list formatting
- Customer Emailing’s (advertising),
- Other office duties.
Requirements
- Information Technology training preferred;
- 2 years of relevant technical experience
- Background in professional level customer service / office admin.
- Excellent computer skills including Windows 7, Office 0 and various other applications.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to juggle multiple tasks effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines
