Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative for Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control Services, you will be responsible for renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within the assigned territory.
This role is focused on design-engineered heating, cooling and drying solutions for the construction industry with a focus on large construction projects.
The typical customer base constitutes a mix of general and specialty contractors.
The development of successful intra-company relationships and working closely with a variety of sellers across our General Tool and other Specialty Businesses to cross-sell and promote The Power of Sunbelt and properly leverage Sunbelt’s resources is a cornerstone of this position.

Education or experience that prepares you for success :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience obtained in HVAC or heavy equipment rental industry
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales / service industry
- Current / valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities you may rely on :
- Ability to design gas and electrical systems, with solid analytical math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors when required by the job.

Base Pay Range : $40,000.00 - 81,361.00
Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan.
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
