What are your contributions to the team?
- Participate in the preparation of the income tax returns for Bombardier Inc. and its Canadian subsidiaries;
- Participate in the accounting for income taxes;
- Prepare the various tax forms (including T4A-NR, T1134 and T106 forms);
- Participate in providing the information requested by the tax authorities as part of their domestic and international tax audits of Bombardier Inc.
- and its Canadian subsidiaries;
- Participate in the preparation of the claims for tax credits relating to Scientific Research and Experimental Development;
- Participate in the preparation of the annual documentation of the transfer pricing relating to transactions between Bombardier Inc.
- and its foreign subsidiaries;
- Optimize our Canadian tax processes, (improvement of our work methodologies and automation).
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a CPA designation or are in the process to obtaining one);
- You have 2 to 5 years of accounting experience;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel);
- You have a good knowledge of software programs such as SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft PowerApps;
- You have a good sense of organization, ability to manage priorities and work ethic;
- You have a good ability to analyze data and to reconcile them with our accounting books.
- You are a team player
- You demonstrate innovation, perseverance and engagement;
- You are bilingual (French and English) both written and oral.
