About the role
Our Security team specialized in Identity and Access Management is looking for a software developer senior!
As a developer, you will join a dynamic team to build system integrations by coding, testing, debugging, and following software engineering best practices using an Agile approach.
You’ll also work as part of a collaborative team helping further enhance each other’s skills.
What you’ll do here :
- Develop components in Java for SailPoint's IdentityQ platform. (LifeCycle, connectors, etc.)
- Master the technical and business functionalities of the IdentityIQ system to explain them to other colleagues, while interacting effectively with users.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications / software components.
- Provide design and modeling of programmatic solutions for complex problems to enable achievement of functional and non-functional documented requirements.
- Review design as part of deliverables (Code and Design Quality).
- Develop and support complex components.
- Actively participate and contribute to the prioritization and planning of the team’s work.
- Support and guide the project team in development activities to ensure the quality of delivered code while meeting project deadlines.
- Write unit and integration tests for each function in which to perform development.
- Participate in the implementation of regression testing strategies to improve the stability of application components.
- Provide support and maintenance of the application and resolve complex anomalies.
- Work autonomously.
What you need :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology / software engineering or any combination of equivalent education, training and experience.
- 8 years of experience in Java development.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the IGA concepts and best practices.
- Have a solid analytical mind.
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and have an eye for detail.
- Bilingualism required (French / English)
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Experience with IdentityQ from SailPoint is a strong asset.
