Position Summary :

The Engineering Project Manager will oversee the entire engineering cycle, driving initiatives to deliver safe and reliable water purification solutions to our clients.

This role will involve managing site visits, equipment sizing and proposals, logistics coordination, and subcontractor management, among other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is an organized, adaptable, and proactive leader who can ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.

Work Arrangement :

This is a remote role based in Canada.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end engineering cycle, from initial project planning to completion.
  • Conduct site visits to assess needs and determine appropriate equipment.
  • Size and propose water purification equipment that meets project specifications.
  • Coordinate logistics and sourcing, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Negotiate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Develop design drawings, project schedules, and other essential documentation.
  • Report regularly on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Oversee installations and coordinate servicing events as necessary.
  • Handle additional tasks relevant to the engineering cycle to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in water treatment or a related field.
  • Experience with plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Expertise in water filtration, UV purification, or water quality management.
  • Professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Skills :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable to produce and understand plumbing and electrical design drawings.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical expertise in water purification and / or filtration.
  • Expert knowledge in water quality.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $140,000 CAD annually, depending on experience.
