Position Summary The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board welcomes all applications for the Casual Secretarial / Clerical Support Staff position.
The Casual Secretarial / Clerical Support Staff will provide clerical and secretarial support necessary for the efficient operation of school offices and Board Offices, in the absence of a permanent secretary.
The assignments may be located at any of the schools in our district. As a Casual Secretarial / Clerical Support Staff, you will have the opportunity to select school locations you would like to support.
Casual Secretarial / Clerical Support Staff will be placed according to operational needs, day-to-day or on a short-term assignment.
If youmeet the requirements for the position, selected candidates will be sent skill tests to be completed (excel, word, data entry and typing), if the candidate is successful in all the test requirements, the candidate will be contacted for an interview.
Please see the requirements below : A Secondary School Graduation Diploma Well-versed in Microsoft Office (all applications) Expertise in the use of computer technology (e.
