Adecco is currently looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client's team in a fully remote role. As the initial point of contact for our members, you will address their questions and concerns, prioritizing outstanding service.
Your role will be crucial in efficiently and effectively resolving issues, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience.
- Location : Remote in Canada
- Shift : 40hrs a week and open to work between 8am to 8pm.
- Mandatory scheduled to work every 2nd weekend
- Job type : Permanent Full-time Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays and must be available to attend all scheduled training - time off is not available during the training period.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming phone inquiries and concerns from members.
- Utilize various systems to address member requests effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while consistently meeting internal quality standards and KPIs.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities while multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism to build strong relationships with members.
- Be available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and attend all scheduled training sessions (no time off during training). Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Completion of post-secondary education.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- A genuine empathetic communication style.
- Must provide two references from former managers.
- Completion of a double COVID vaccination (verification needed).
- Minimum credit score of 601.
