Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP ERP system for breweries and Distribution Centres within region.
- Responsible for Raw Materials & Finished Goods (this applies ONLY to Inventory Analysts in East / West)
- Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity. This has a direct contribution to cost effective decision being made in the Supply and Deployment planning processes with the end result of related business targets being met.
- Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses and in the Brewery.
- Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancy report.
- Processing system rebate beer on a regular basis.
- Weekly processing of internally repacked product in system.
- Weekly analysis of sufficient product for external repack plan.
- Expediting of in-transit deliveries, based on priorities of the business.
- Responsible for Key Performance Indicators : Inventory Accuracy, Customer order fill rate, Inventory transaction accuracy.
Responsible for monitoring returnable packaging loss within their regions.
- Coaching operators on any potential FEFO (First Expired First Out) violations.
- Cascading any SKU changes to front line management & operators.
Job Qualifications and Competencies
- Education : Business degree or post secondary equivalent.
- Experience : order management, inventory reconciliation, data integrity maintenance, process improvement.
- Order management practices, inventory management practices, process improvement flow.
- Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Use of SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.
