The Healthcare Case Coordinator will leverage their case management skills while solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Success in this role requires effective case management, strong communication skills, empathy and compassion, comprehensive assessment and evaluation of member’s therapy, provider coordination and effective time management to enable the accurate processing of information for new and existing members.

Job Description
Therapy Management
- Accept ownership for managing new and existing therapy requests.
- Comprehensively assess member treatment needs and collaborate with providers and specialty pharmacies to prioritize member’s therapy needs.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions and therapy updates.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate member's therapy plans and progress.
- Balance multiple responsibilities including case management, and inbound and outbound contact while demonstrating skill flexibility to ensure seamless service delivery.
Member Advocacy
- Take the time to understand each member's unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.
- Advocate for members' needs and preferences in therapy decision-making processes.
- Assist members in navigating barriers and explain their options for receiving their medications.
- Provide members with information and resources to help them make informed decisions about their therapy options. Empower members to participate in their treatment planning and decision-making process actively.
- Advocate for adjustments to therapy plans or additional support services if needed to optimize outcomes and ensure members receive the care they need.
Case Resolution and Problem-Solving
- Resolve member cases and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Review and resolve next-level questions or concerns from members, providers, and pharmacies.
- Critically evaluate scenarios, anticipate potential challenges, and adapt your approach to meet member's evolving needs effectively.
Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate member progress by proactively informing members of their therapy status, and therapy options and intervening in crises for the member providing personalized communication.
- Manage communication with providers and consistently ensure professional and empathetic communication, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate resources and address member inquiries or concerns effectively.
Talent Acquisition is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for managing full lifecycle recruiting, supporting fast-paced, high-growth business units.
This position will support hiring for our holding company, Cox Enterprises and any new businesses it acquires OR any departments / businesses that join the division.
In addition, the Senior Recruiter 1) coordinates the recruitment process with leaders to identify best-in-class diverse talent, 2) ensures consistency and equitability in the recruitment process, meeting all Company objectives and legal guidelines, and 3) maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to anticipate talent needs and recommend the most qualified candidates for positions.

CLIENT & STRATEGY
Serve as a trusted CTA partner by driving day-to-day recruiting operations in alignment with short-term talent needs and long-term business growth :
- Deliver full lifecycle recruiting expertise and consulting for roles to support business leaders across the organization
- Drive and manage the interview and selection process
- Support an average work load consisting of 15 - 25 concurrent requisitions depending on complexity
- Develop relationships with multiple hiring managers (Supervisors, Managers, and Directors) and Human Resources Business Partners to serve as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs
- Conduct formal, consultative and detailed intake sessions with hiring manager at beginning of search to ensure clarity in understanding and define recruiting process
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the business as well as candidate qualifications and competencies to fill open positions
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs and unique requirements of open positions; determine how to effectively market jobs to ensure attraction of the highest quality talent pool
- Consistently utilize creative sourcing and marketing techniques including but not limited to resources and tools provided by the department, internet mining, cold calling, community programs, alumni organizations, and referral programs to ensure the best possible recruitment outcomes
- Ensure a diverse talent pool is sourced, assessed, and presented for open positions
- Facilitate internal and external recruitment process, effectively interviewing and evaluating candidates utilizing consistent criteria and evaluative measures
- Ensure all internal and referral applicants are guided through the recruitment process with the highest level of customer service
- Coordinate and conduct candidate assessment / debrief sessions with hiring managers
- Build and develop strong, competitive bench of internal and external talent for all opportunities within assigned functional area
- Partner with Compensation, as appropriate, to ensure offers are compelling, competitive, and equitable
- Extend, negotiate, and close job offers to internal and external candidates
- Define and execute a targeted search strategy for each open position, following the detailed process map, and assessing success as defined by the SLAs and KPIs
- Utilize ATS system to maintain candidate information and accurate data for reporting purposes
- Responsible for ensuring EEO and recruiting practices are consistently administered throughout the hiring process and documented in the appropriate manner
- Serve as employment brand ambassador for both internal and external customers and seeks ways to proactively promote and leverage employment brand within and outside the organization
- Provide mentoring support to other Recruiters on the team
- Participate and / or lead special projects and initiatives to support Best in Class recruiting practices.
Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on care coordination , member advocacy, or related roles.
- Demonstrate 3 or more years of customer service experience, case management preferably in healthcare. Call center experience is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, evolving team environment.
- Ability to problem-solve, positively adapt to changing working conditions and multi-task.
- You are passionate about improving healthcare and helping people and have demonstrated success in a similar role.

- High attention to detail
- Experience with Amazon Connect is desirable
- High school diploma or GED.
- Available to work a full-time role between the hours of 6 am PT- 5 pm PT (9 am ET-8 pm ET)
- Bilingual is a plus.
