Project : Overseeing 2 high-profile programs across xVA and CCR Capital space.
MUST HAVE :
8-10 years agile experience
Jira & Confluence experience
Microsoft Project experience
PowerPoint and Excel experience to a high level
10+ years' experience with market or credit risk and valuation concepts and technology infrastructure, obtained through previous experience in a capital markets function (10+ years).
Experience working in a project leadership environment in large organizations - Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, agile framework, business culture(s) and business transformation
Experience with resource planning, program financials / budget management, and all additional program governance requirements.
Vendor management experience, experience negotiating contracts (SOWs).
MUST HAVE SOFT SKILLS :
Superior organizational skills, including ability to employ systematic approach for identifying and tracking dependencies, risks, issues, ensuring proper resolution of outstanding items, and structuring efficient stakeholder meetings / discussions.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to formulate concise and impactful methods of communication.
Strong attention to detail with great organization skills.
Ability to forecast initiatives and demand to help develop annual strategic plan and multi-year roadmaps.
Superior stakeholder management skills and ability to offer strategies to achieve stakeholder alignment.
Passion to succeed and results oriented, drive for continuous improvement.
Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous, or changing conditions.
