What You'll Do :
- Dive into our world of fresh produce, ensuring everything from our zesty lemons to crisp greens are in tip-top shape.
- Keep our displays so fresh and inviting that customers won’t be able to resist filling up their baskets.
- Uphold our standards for quality control only the best produce makes the cut.
- Act as the go-to person for any customer questions, providing insightful answers and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and be the torchbearer for L’OCA Quality Market’s vision and goals.
What We're Looking For :
- Proactive selling skills with a deep-rooted passion for natural foods.
- Outstanding interpersonal, team-building, and customer relationship abilities.
- Proficiency with various software including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and other operational applications.
- No experience? No problem! Passion and a positive attitude are more valuable than a resume.
