Randstad Winnipeg is hiring for an internal position with our downtown Winnipeg team! This person will contribute to our Business Services and Operations Team.
The Staffing consultant’s primary focus is to sell Randstad staffing solutions to prospective clients and to attract and screen the best administrative talent to meet the needs of clients.
Working with a unit partner, you must effectively manage the profitability of your business.

Responsibilities
Business Development :
- Build a client database through prospect cold calling in a specific, local territory
- Develop and grow your database by building client relationships
- Prospect new clients through telephone contact as well as scheduled personalized visits
- Provide ongoing communication to determine clients' and prospective clients' hiring need
- Maintain the business relationship / partnership with the client / company
Recruitment Service :
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle from screening resumes to completing interviews
- Assess the right candidates to fill the open positions within a pre-determined time frame
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies to find and engage the best candidates
- Find the right fit between the candidate and the company, which would result in successfully filling the client’s position
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, science, arts, or a related field is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
- 3 years plus experience in a sales-driven role (highly preferred but not mandatory)
- Great English communication, both verbally and in writing
- People-person with interpersonal skills
- Metrics-driven and enjoy the pressures of meeting quotas and driving results
- Naturally driven and thrive with autonomy
- Organized and sound time management
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
