Engineering at StackAdapt : As an Engineer at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product.
You will work with large data sets and have exposure to modern tech stacks around GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL and more.

We are also building a customer data platform that will help to organize and manage audience data from many sources. Our team also builds functionality that helps marketers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns by tracking conversions.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, improve, and debug complex, scalable distributed systems
- Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Plan ahead and architect scalable web APIs, component library and backend systems
- Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges
- Take responsibility and ownership of projects from start to finish
- Contribute to code reviews and technical spec reviews
- Mentor junior full stack engineers
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications
- You must have knowledge of React and Javascript / Typescript
- Knowledge of Redux, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL is highly preferred
- Experience with leading a client-facing project end-to-end, from design to delivery
- Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to design, implement and iterate on high impact end-to-end product experiences
- Previous engineering experience working in marketing technology and CDP is highly preferred
