We are hiring a General Labourer for a seasonal contract position in our Core Sample Preparation Group. The successful candidate will be providing support with cutting and boxing Core samples and other general labour activities in a warehouse environment.
This is a seasonal-based position with an anticipated end date of May 31st 2025.
Job Requirements :
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis.
- Physical fitness, ability to stand and work safely for long periods of time
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
- Hand-Eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Mature work ethic, dependable, with a willingness to work in a team as well as independently.
- Reliable transportation to NE Calgary.
- Must have steel toed shoes / boots.
Working Conditions
- Repetitive tasks and heavy frequent lifting.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- The work environment can be quite warm and protective / safety equipment must be worn.
