About the job :
Working at our Woobridge, ON Fittings manufacturing Plant, the engineering co-op allows students exposure to all aspects of process engineering and plant operations.
- Work closely Maintenance Superintendent, Operations Manager and Process Engineer on various design and operation improvement projects
- Perform theoretical analysis on various production scenarios
- Provide recommendation to the creation and approvement of SOP's
- Provide recommendations on state-of-the-art extrusion and automation technology based on own research
- Participate on Cross functional continuous improvement teams
- Product plant layouts, tooling drawings ad critical spare part drawings through reverse engineering
- Enter plant maintenance data to computerize maintenance Management Software MP2
- 3rd Year engineering student preferably Mechanical or Chemical
