Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business lines to develop HR strategies, and guide the design and implementation of HR practices.
  • Identify and respond to human resources challenges, developing strategies and plans to meet people-related needs.
  • Handle HR projects from end to end, including but not limited to talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and mitigate risks related to the daily management of employees.
  • Advocate and promote our values, mission, culture, and other policies.
  • Assist management in conflict resolution.
  • Set standards for the company’s ethics, values, and culture.
  • Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated HR professional with interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
