About you :
You are an organized and results oriented Project Coordinator or Project Administrator looking to join an entrepreneurial and growing organization.
You have strong time management, prioritization skills, interpersonal skills and love new challenges. You enjoy collaboration and working with a diverse group of people from different departments.
About the qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a PMO as a Project Control Officer, Project Coordinator or Business Analysist in an Information Technology environment.
- Understanding of Waterfall (PMBOK) and Agile project management methodologies / frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, TEAMs etc.)
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- Working towards a CSM or CAPM certification would be an asset.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
About the day-to-day :
- Support the Project Management Office in the provision of services, governance, reporting, and in the oversight of the project portfolio as required.
- Support Project Managers / Scrum Masters in the delivery of waterfall and agile projects.
- Support Project Managers / Scrum Masters and corporate reporting requirements by preparing presentations, status reports, budgets, and capturing actual costs as needed.
- Update / contribute content to project artefacts such as RAID logs, project schedules, project plans, business cases, test plans, status reports, user stories, tasks, blockers, and other documentation as directed.
- Assist with documenting process and procedures detailing project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines.
- Responsible for executive reporting including taking minutes of meetings and milestone tracking.
- Act as liaison to organize workshops, meetings and focus groups and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings.
- Establish / maintain collaboration Tools (TEAMS, JIRA, SharePoint, etc.)
- Support the PMO and respective Projects in ensuring compliance to standards, guidelines and best practices.
Annual Compensation :
Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $65,000 and $80,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience that the chosen candidate possess.
