What you will be doing :
- Help develop mobile strategies and plans based on business objectives, analytics, insights, metrics, and market trends and groomed through the consumer lens.
- Conducts strategic planning to prepare product roadmaps; proactively identifies changes in the business and technology landscape, and identifies technical projects required to maintain / enhance service levels.
- Advise, consult, and socialize with key stakeholders involved in prioritized initiatives; document business opportunities, recommend digital solutions, and provide timelines and budget impacts.
- Identifies new business opportunities and product and service enhancements within strategic objectives and influences business decisions with senior management.
- Determine, report, and analyze key performance indicators to track the impacts of the self-serve initiatives across all channels.
- Identify and lead product portfolio planning (e.g. business case development, operational requirements, cost & pricing analysis, and product scope definition).
- Using JIRA, documenting epics, user stories, and tasks to provide direction for the development team(s)
- You will work closely with the developer team to transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Using Adobe Experience Manager, monitor and implement changes to the apps to ensure customers' pain points have been addressed
- Help identify and lead product portfolio planning (e.g. business case development, operational requirements, cost & pricing analysis, and product scope definition)
- Obtain necessary and timely approvals from internal stakeholders for all digital property updates
- Ensure best practices are used to increase delivery results
- Manage weekly meetings with key stakeholders providing status updates

- Generates reports and provides analytics upon request; works with stakeholders to optimize key metrics
- Measures and reports performance of Apps, and assess against goals and KPIs

Qualifications :
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 7+ years of online and wireless channel experience within the telecom industry.
- Keen understanding of the digital ecosystem, trends, and customer needs.
- Understanding of technical aspects of web & mobile applications
- Creative ability with practical application for digital channels.
- Highly motivated individual with a naturally inquisitive nature.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
- Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Holds self-accountability to achieve established performance objectives.
- Experience in the implementation of web capabilities
- Experience with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Unit testing, Deployment, Maintenance and Support.
- Experience in conducting and gathering requirements using various techniques such as interviews and JAD sessions with stakeholders, department heads and end-users.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Conceptual understanding of website infrastructures and processes
- Intermediate knowledge using Jira / Confluence is required
- Knowledge bale using Omniture (Adobe Suite) is required
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-sufficient and ability to operate with autonomy
