Job DutiesInclude :

  • Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
  • Assist the Front OfficeManager in all aspects of the department and ensureservice standards are followed
  • Handle guestconcerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas toguarantee memorable moments for ourguests
  • Ensure proper staffing and scheduling ofall Front Office colleague in accordance to productivity andguidelines
  • Other duties asassigned

Qualifications :

  • Highlyorganized resultsoriented with the ability to be flexible and workwell under pressure
  • Service focused personalityis essential
  • Previous experience in a similarleadership role is an asset
  • Prior experienceworking with Opera or a related system
  • Stronginterpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to leadby example
  • Degree or Diploma in HospitalityManagement is anasset
