We focus on testing and delivering high quality products of content safety and content understanding, which protect our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors.

In this role, team members have the opportunity to validate, automate develop and manage the quality challenges both in development and production stage.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Online AssessmentCandidates who pass resume evaluation will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment in HackerRank.

Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.

• Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.
• Collaborate with automation / stability QA teams to enhance internal tools / frameworks / platforms to make the team more productive.

Minimum Qualifications : - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate / Graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2025. - Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
• Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; being agile and a self-starter. Preferred Qualifications : - Passion about techniques and solving challenging problems.
