Internship Program Management :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the recruitment cycles for our seasonal internship programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and relevant student organizations.
- Attend and represent Equitable Bank / EQ Bank at career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting sessions.
- Design and implement innovative strategies to attract top-tier student talent.
Leadership Development Program Recruitment
- Identify and recruit high-potential candidates for our Leadership Development Program.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the skills and competencies required for future leaders within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the program, from sourcing to onboarding.
Campus Talent Acquisition Oversight
- Oversee all campus talent acquisition activities and strategies.
- Build and expand the campus recruiting function to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Develop long-term relationships with academic institutions to create a strong pipeline of future talent.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvements in campus recruitment.
Talent Acquisition Support
- During slower recruiting periods, assist with broader Talent Acquisition activities, including full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Your Company Name ’s presence in the talent market.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

- Education- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3 + years of experience
- Program Management
- Knowledge of CRM, ATS and Microsoft Products
- Ability to Show up on behalf of the organization and sell the organization to early talent
- Technology : Proficiency with CRM, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in employer branding and marketing to effectively promote EQB to potential candidates.
- Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, academic partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with universities and student organizations.
- Presentation Skills : Ability to confidently present and represent EQB at campus events.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment trends and strategies.
