JobResponsibilities
- Assist with managing and supporting casesrelated to estate litigation ensuring adherence to legal processesand regulations.
- Draft and prepare legal documents includingpleadings motions and affidavits as required by the legalteam.
- Conduct legalresearch to support case preparation and strategydevelopment.
- Maintainand organize legal files and documentation using Microsoft Word andOutlook for effective information retrieval andmanagement.
- Managescheduling and calendar for court dates meetings and deadlines toensure efficient time management.
- Communicate with clients witnesses andexperts to collect and relay relevant information asnecessary.
- Supportadministrative operations including file management presentationpreparation and maintaining correspondence.
EssentialQualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estatelitigation or a related legal field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook withstrong calendar management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitaskingabilities to manage various case files and administrativetasks.
- Strong writtenand verbal communication skills to interact effectively withclients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part ofa team in a fastpaced environment.
DesiredExperience
- Experience working within a legal firmfocusing on estate litigation.
- Familiarity with administrative operationsrelated to legal practices.
- Knowledge of relevant legal proceduresdocumentation and courtroom protocols.
