Client : Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (former MGCS)
Location : Hybrid - 222 Jarvis St, Toronto, ON (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Start Date : Dec 4, 2025 End Date : Mar 31, 2025 (with probable extension)
Hours : 7.25 / day Security Level : No Clearance Required

Must-Have Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale, multi-phase projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Familiarity with Ontario’s PMO Stage Gate process and Agile / Scrum.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Expertise in risk and issue management.
- Experience in regulated or public sector environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute detailed project plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain compliance with public sector standards and documentation requirements.
- Deliver consistent project updates to stakeholders.
Note : Role is currently remote due to COVID-19 but may require onsite work (hybrid model) as directed.
