Brandt is currently seeking a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Manager for our Laval, Brossard, & Mont-Laurier Construction & Forestry locations.
This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the Compact Construction Equipment Sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assist, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventoryProviding for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goalsManagement and development of all employees in the Compact Construction Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employeesAchieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the companyProviding feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressuresAssisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VP of OperationsOther duties as assignedRequired skillsAbility to develop sound, positive relationships with internal and external clientsExcellent communication skills - verbal and written - are requiredKnowledge of the equipment and construction industry is considered an assetRequired experienceProven sales experience (preferably within the construction / forestry industry)3-5 years' progressively responsible management experienceCandidates must currently possess or be able to obtain a valid passport, and be able to travel internationallyA recent driver's abstract will be required
