Your Role in Technology and Innovation
In this job, you will play a critical role in delivering a transformative roadmap for analytics and AI requirements across AstraZeneca.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with business teams and senior leaders within Operations to shape our analytical capabilities and influence our overall IT strategy.
Your Contributions
Your Strategic Influence
Requirements Leadership : Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring the Axial program meets these needs efficiently and effectively.
Integration Expertise : Spearhead the incorporation of analytics and AI into business processes, aiming to automate decision-making where possible.
Problem Solving : Navigate interim states within the transformation program and address the challenges they pose.
Standards Development : Establish and embed business intelligence lifecycle standards and guidelines.
Data Management Advocacy : Design and promote an analytics catalogue, enhance data literacy, and participate in governance forums to champion citizen data services.
Your Development Focus
Operating Model Contribution : Play an integral role in defining the analytics and AI operating model.
Workshop Preparation : Create materials and tools for Fit-2-Standard workshops, enabling successful integration of new systems and processes.
Learning Identification : Ascertain training needs to enhance team skills and knowledge in analytics and AI.
Your Skills & Expertise
Essential Qualifications
Analytical Acumen : Proven business analysis experience and a solid understanding of analytics.
Business Process Insight : Considerable experience in one or more Operations business processes such as Supply Chain Planning, Production, Material Procurement, or Clinical Supply Management.
Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, and PowerBI.
Communication Skills : Ability to clearly present complex information through analytics for diverse audiences.
Desirable Qualifications
S / 4 HANA Experience : Participation in full S / 4 HANA implementation cycles, especially in Analytics.
Regulatory Understanding : Experience with GxP, SOx, and other regulatory frameworks.
Data Science Insight : Awareness of data science, AI / ML concepts, and their applications in Operations.
SAP Module Exposure : Familiarity with SAP modules from a business perspective.
Life Sciences Background : Experience in the Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
Business Process Management : Knowledge of tools like BIC, Nimbus, or Signavio.
Leadership Experience : Leading teams of analysts and testers.
Certifications : Professional certifications in SAP, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Lean Framework, or Operations.
