Financial Analyst wanted! If you like to work on projects and monitor budgets and cost controls, then this position is for you.
As a project financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and tracking related to the different projects or you will work on a major project.
You will be responsible for the follow-up of costs, progress of work, cash management, and disbursements. You will also be responsible for putting procedures in place to facilitate reporting.

Responsibilities
- Understand the project scope, requirements and deliverables;
- Align the scope of work with the requirements;
- Prepare the necessary cost control tools to clearly report information;
- Prepare performance reports;
- Develop project budget, monitor and update forecasts;
- Responsible for the implementation of cost control procedures;
- Develop and update periodic cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to keep management informed of project progress;
- Work closely with project teams to track costs and identify variances from the original plan to improve project profitability;
- Work closely with management to advise them of risks that may impact the project's profitability, schedule or relationship with the client;
- Maintain a comprehensive risk register and conduct risk reviews;
- Prepare and maintain project cash flow;
- Perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and with a commitment to perform well;
- Perform any other related duti
Qualifications
BAC or Pre-CPA
Min 3 + years of experience in a financial analyst FP&A role
Bilingual( strong French )
Strong Excel skills
Project management experience and or designation ( an asset )
