Responsibilities : Tasks

Tasks

We are looking for the right candidate to fill our Shipper / receiver position for our afternoon shift. The Shipper / receiver has to assure that shipping is done in a timely manner.

Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Material Handler performs all the functions listed below :

• Fills out orders to be shipped;
• Load, unload and store various goods and products;
• Recommends methods to improve the efficacy of his department and question the procedures and working methods by proposing new ideas;
• Assists his department and colleagues and performs any other tasks as required.

Requirements : Requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
• Ensures excellent customer service.
• Forklift driver’s experience. Reach truck / Order Picker experience will be an asset;
• Organized.
