Adecco is currently hiring Bilingual (Métis / EN) Project Coordinator for a temporary full-time position to support Project Managers in project execution in the Client Services department and ensures consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions.
The Bilingual (Métis / EN) Project Coordinator role is responsible for providing professional level administrative support within our client facing project management team.
As a key member of the project team, this role will be a part of delivering exceptional quality work to our clients as well as within our internal teams.
Pay rate : $24 to $26 / hour
Location : Fully Remote
Shifts : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities
- Project Execution - Meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinate with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards
- Internal Collaboration - Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects’ lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
- Client Communication - Respond to client communications timely and accurately; understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and / or support project management team in doing so;
follow up and communicate client's needs internally.
Documentation & Reporting Draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules as well provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for client.
Towards this goal, the Project Coordinator will work with the Project Managers in Client Services as well as other operational departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and / or exceed client expectations.
This position is responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards.
A critical component of the job is to manage and resolve complex tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1+ year work experience with direct client / customer contact in a professional environment
- Bilingualism, Métis and English is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
- Critical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail are required, with the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in drafting written content for program related materials
- Strong organizational skillset with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Experience in working with databases is preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred
