Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Business Consultant for an 8 month contract in Toronto.
This is hybrid role with one day in office.
Pay rate : $66 - 68.28
Working Hours : 37.5 Hours / week, 9-5 Monday to Friday with some flexibility starting between 7 : 30 and 9AM.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Consultant, your duties will include but not limited to :
- Coordinate and manage the preparation, testing, and maintenance of business continuity plans, ensuring compliance with BCM policies and standards.
- Conduct resource dependency analyses and develop alternative BCP strategies for critical business units.
- Participate in the design and evolution of the BCM program, representing business unit needs and ensuring resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners, providing specialized advice on business resilience and recovery.
- Support senior management during disasters, overseeing recovery activities, operational testing, and verification of third-party recovery capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ Years experience within business continuity management
- Archer experience would be helpful
- Banking industry experience
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
