The FortiSandbox QA Team in FortiGuard Labs is primarily responsible for the wide variety of services required to deliver the intelligence updates from our security researchers to customers.

Job Responsibilities :
- Design and develop software / system required for improving the functionality and reliability of our services.
- Design and develop the test automation infrastructure.
- Execute and monitor tests using a combination of manual and automated testing techniques.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to our mission-critical services and provide solutions to proactively prevent problems from happening.
- Create, maintain, and monitor service metrics.
- Collaborate with security researchers, engine development, and infrastructure teams to maintain and improve our services.
- Work closely with customers, support teams, and R&D teams on internal customer care system to troubleshoot issues and provide workarounds / solutions
Job Skills Required :
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the technology field.
- Experience with Python and Bash.
- Experience with version control systems like Subversion, Git, etc.
- Experience with databases - MySQL, SQLite, etc.
- Familiar with TCP / IP networking, firewalls, switching and routing.
- Familiar with network system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Outstanding troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly react to system / service issues.
- Strong communication skills
- Customer support experience is a plus
