Job Summary
We areseeking an Analyst to join the Capital Programs Division (CPD) inCapital Programs & Contracting Compliance Department withinControllers.
Controllers is a part of the Finance business line inThis Company and reports to the Sr. Vice President of FinanceStrategy & Development.
The Capital Programs Division isresponsible for providing controllership financial advisory anddecision support for items related to This Companys Capital Programand individual Expenditure Requests.
The successful candidate willbe involved in all aspects of the project life from Business Planthrough Post Project Appraisal.
CPDs core activities includereviewing projects proposed for the Capital Budget to ensurevalidity of business case and compliance with Company policies.
Thereview of projects proposed for funding to ensure validity ofbusiness case and compliance with Company policies. Participatingin This Companys gated project review process while performinganalysis post project completion to ensure the project objectiveswere met and identify opportunities for improvement includinglessons learned.
And conducting special studies as and whenrequired.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Review analyze and provide comments on new projectsproposed for inclusion in the Business Plan.
- Review analyze and provide comments on capital projectsproposed for funding actions.
- RepresentControllers on various project gate reviews.
- Represent Controllers review of capital projects beforefunding.
- Review complex questions related tocapital projects and prepare and present recommendations toControllers management.
- Provide policy andproject funding guidance as required.
- Preparemonthly and quarterly reports as required.
- Perform detailed analysis of postproject performance andpresent findings to management.
Requirements :
- Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
- Hold abachelors degree in business administration economics orengineering with a professional certification such as CPA ACCA orCFA being desirable.
A graduate degree in business administrationor related field is also desirable.
- Have aminimum of 10 years of relevant experience in various industriesincluding financial analysis project evaluations project controlsprocess / change management or strategy / managementconsulting.
- Possess leadership skills andexperience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems which are highlydesirable.
- Show significant experience withinone or more industries potentially allowing you to be considered asubject matter expert.
- Demonstrate the abilityto establish personal credibility with various internal clients andexcellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
- Be a team player capable of working across business linesto add value and achieve team objectives.
- Havethe ability to plan and coordinate your own workload and meetdeadlines.
- Demonstrate strategy corporatefinance and accounting skills including the ability to evaluateindustry and individual company information.
- Be capable of working with minimalsupervision.
- Possess demonstrated projectmanagement skills and the ability to offer logical and innovativesolutions to complex client issues.
